I started using this kit from day one postpartum, and it has been incredibly helpful. It includes a peri bottle, 4 cooling pads, 4 briefs, 1 liner pack, and healing foam. I found every item in this kit to be essential and thoughtfully curated. I ran out of the underwear and cooling pads but reordered them individually from the same brand. The underwear is very soft, and the cooling pads are ultra-thin and much more comfortable than the ones I received from the hospital. Highly recommend this kit!
This kit really helped with my postpartum recovery. I wish it included more cooling pads, but I bought extra cooling pads and underwear from them, which were a lifesaver.
This bottle just makes life easier. The angled sprayer is perfect for the tricky hard to reach areas. My son ended up staying in the NICU for two weeks and this made traveling to the bathroom a little more discreet. It comes with a pouch. I could also spray a little perineal foam into the bottle with the warm water and get it all done in one shot.
Don’t really need to explain but expecting mamas just do it. This was so much easier to use in the hospital and you reuse and store it for next pregnancy
